By using FinSahayak you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Service description
FinSahayak is an aggregator that connects you with qualified Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries and lawyers for compliance services.
Payment
Service fees are charged upfront. Government fees, where applicable, are billed at actuals and communicated before collection.
Customer responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you provide. False or incomplete information may delay or void the service.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru.
